Submit your news to be shared internally and/or externally. Submissions will be evaluated and shared utilizing one or several channels, including monthly news, social media, media outreach, SpectRUm print or eNews, blog, website calendar, or video monitors.

Media Release for Individuals External to ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø University

Any use of an external (not a student or employee) individual's likeness, voice, interview, photograph, or video for University marketing or social media purposes that requires consent must be supported by a signed Media Release and Consent Form below. Departments, faculty, staff, students, student cohorts, and student organizations should not rely on verbal permission or independently created release forms unless specifically authorized by the Vice President for Communications & Partnerships, or designee.
